Benefits sell, people, want to know how their life will improve, and they want to see results. We market with our quality, fabulous product line, and the opportunity. But what really sells people and makes them want to buy the products is what the product will do for them. This is one of the reasons why you should be adding your customers to a Testimonial group.
For example, if someone has headaches and they are looking for something more natural to help, you could suggest a product you have for headaches, and let them know how much it is but they can Google natural things to help headaches and will probably buy the cheapest thing without even knowing if the ingredients are truly natural. Just sharing products doesn’t always sell them, because if you just give them a product and price there is nothing there that tells them how exactly that product will help them.
But, if they tell you their problem with headaches and how they are wanting to use more natural products, and then you offer a solution and show them that it works by adding them to the Testimonial group that will 3rd party validate what you are saying. Make sure you ask if they would like to be added to the group first! Say something like, “I think (your product) might help, I saw someone in our Customer group who had good results using it, and they had a situation similar to yours, can I add you to the group so I can tag you in their post?” Once they see the results that a person had used the products they will be more likely to try them.
